Terms of Service
Effective from January 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Whimpio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Description of Service
Whimpio is a digital guestbook platform for events that enables event organizers to create events and allows guests to upload photos and videos via QR Code without installing any application.
3. User Account
You must register to create and manage events. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Photos and videos uploaded by guests remain the property of the uploader. By uploading, you grant Whimpio the right to store and display the content solely to provide the Service. Do not upload illegal, obscene, defamatory, or rights-infringing content. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice.
5. Payment and Packages
Free, Standard, and Premium packages are one-time payments per event with no auto-renewal. The Multi package has no expiry and is based on the number of events purchased. All prices include VAT. Whimpio is not responsible for bank fees or currency conversion charges.
6. Refund Policy
If a technical issue arises on our end, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting support. Refunds are considered case-by-case. No refunds are given for change of mind after the service has been used.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Whimpio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page. Upon cancellation, all your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranty. Whimpio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss except in cases of gross negligence. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
